I have this card primarily to handle my amazon.com purchases. I am a History teacher and always have a need for a new book for reference or research. So I applied and got this card, which is convenient, easy to work with, not a terrible interest rate, and of course gift certificates from Amazon, what could be better. One point I like, is that the card is with Chase, so if i forget to make a payment, I can run to the Chase bank down the street, and make a payment in the branch, which of course beats paying a late fee! Over all, a good extra card to keep for the Amazon specific purchases.

I was very happy with this card at first because of the Amazon gift certificates I was receiving. But then one day I realized I had something on my plan called the Payment Protector Plan. This was something I never used and I realized that I was paying 15 to 30 dollars every month for it (The actual amount depends on the statement balance). I called them to tell them I never signed anything that I am accepting this plan. They told me that I accepted it over the phone. I am still trying to resolve the problem, but to be honest I don't think they will refund anything.

Since I am a huge Amazon.com fan so when I receive this offer for the amazon.com rewards card, I immediately jump for it. This card is a great way to get points towards amazon.com gift cards which could be used towards purchases. I was never late with my credit card so I never occured a fee. I was even offered though chase the amazon prime which includes the free shipping for one year for free. I recommend this card if you are a heavy amazon.com user, it pays for itself!

I currently have this card, and it is great for accumulating amazon.com points. I make a lot of purchases on amazon, so that is occasionally helpful. However, a lot of the items that I purchase are buy sellers other than amazon themselves, and the rewards add up very slowly. All in all, it is not a bad card, but it should definitely be considered an "additional" card. If you start using it elsewhere, your interest rate will kill you.

This is my first and only credit card. I am really enjoying it so far! It has gotten me out of a few financially tough spots and the rewards points are always a nice surprise :) My only complaint is that I think the interest rates are a bit unreasonable. But like I said - it is my first card. And as long as I pay off my balance by the end of the month, even that isn't really a big deal.

I did a zero interest balance transfer to this card. I then set up a recurring bill pay over three times the size of the monthly payment to go out every month. Because of the mail, my second payment arrived a day late, and Chase is now denying me the promotional rate and charging me full interest. They were kind enough to wave the $39 late fee! I am fortunate in that I can afford to pay the card off in full, but for those who can't, beware! No matter how much you pay the month before, if your payment falls outside the monthly cycle, you will be considered late and all interest charges will accrue. I don't recommend this company!

i buy a lot of stuff on amazon, so this card is great for building up rewards points. i haven't had any problems with the card yet since i signed up for it half a year ago. but the late fees are pretty bad if you ever miss the due date for a payment. with the rewards points you accumulate, you can get gift cards. sounds like a good deal to me!
