This hybrid check-debit card has two options: the platinum with an annual fee of $65 and allows you to earn 1 mile for every $1 you spend with it toward Continental flights or the standard model with a $25 annual fee and earning 1 mile for every $2 spent. Both cards have a 2,500 mile bonus with your first purchase and you can reward miles for more than just flights.

This is a great debit card for frequent flyers. The first card is a much better deal in the long run. You rack up a large number of flyer miles, not to mention the 2500 miles you get just for signing up. For a dollar a mile, the miles quickly add up you'll find.
