I signed up for the 20,000 bonus miles. After you get another 5,000 you get a free trip.
I like the web interface too.
Good card and excellent web interface in which to manage the card. Once you open the account and spend a bit of money, you get 20,000 miles. That's great - but not quite enough for a plane ticket which costs 25,000 miles. You also get miles for each purchase
The only downside is a fairly steep annual fee of $85. This is worth it so long as the airlines keep frequent flyer seats available...
I love my Continental card. I have had this card for 7 years, and I've used the miles I received for free trips to California, the Bahamas and all the way to Hong Kong. You get 1 mile for every dollar you spend, and it's great to watch it add up and plan your next trip.
I've also had my card info stolen a few times (too much online shopping, I guess), and Chase has always been very proactive about halting my card, waiving all the charges, and issuing me a new one within a few days.
I don't usually carry a balance, so I don't really pay attention to the interest rate, but they usually send me low-interest rate balance transfer or check offers that I can use when I'm making big purchases that I can't pay off within a month.
