Today I contact chase on phone number 1-877-486-0592 about my checking account. I would like to say: this was the WORST customer service I have ever met. The bankers just simply transfer me twice to nowhere or automatic systems. This is so rude to customers and I never seen before from other banks like CITI and Bank of America.
