Really dont want to post any bad opinions about ChaseFreedom. Because it is the major card I use daily. I use it from 2007, almost three years till now.

However, it seems the credit line of this card increases damn slowly! I have only $3500 for this card and dont know why! I request twice for credit increase, one on Jan 2009, one on Sep. 2009, both rejected even I pay off the balance online!

I feel so bad on ChaseFreedom!!!!

I chose this one because of its ability to give cash, points or gifts. I am very pleased with it.

This credit card (was) is excellent. Since ive been a cardholder for awhile, I get the old 3% rebate in the top 5 categories (increases your categories with checking [Free with direct deposit]). Overall ive made over 1000$ a year with no interest paid (With about 15k circulating in the card). Shopping with rewards plus gives me some good returns along with the extra 50$ for 200$ reward. I have both the Chase Freedom Mastercard and the Chase Freedom Visa. Rewards are capped, so I spread out money over the two cards to increase earnings. If you carry a balance, dont use this card. This is not meant to be something to carry a balance on (Find low APR no rewards card). Of course, you can always charge up the card and do a 0 APR balance transfer to a non-rewards card.

I am a person who goes through credit cards like candy. I initially signed up for this credit card because there was a $100 sign up bonus. Somehow this is the card that stayed and I'm more than pleased. With the 1%-3% cash back rewards I generally save $10/month. Also, when I reach $200 cash back I can opt for a $250 check from chase. My one suggestion is to always pay your credit card bill on time. With online bill pay, Chase makes this quite easy. The limit is not too high, but as the minimalist I am, I am content with it. All in all, this card has been a great asset to my wallet.

This has been an excellent card to have in my wallet, I have been very pleased with the credit limit I was given, along with the low APR and rewards rates. I get more in terms of rewards if I am purchasing gas or other selected things such as that. The customer service is very good, and the application process is incredibly easy. I also got a $50.00 bonus for signing up when I purchased the card.

Got this card during college and really liked it because it has 1% and 3% cash rewards, which is better than the average rewards card. I always paid my bill in full and on time, however, and my interest rate went through the roof. The customer service reps could not explain this to me and didn't offer me anything better, so I canceled my card.

I got this card by applying online and received the card within a week. They gave a $100 bonus for signing up as well. Rewards accumulate at 1%, 3%, or higher by shopping online through their website. Really like it so far.
