Get $50 and up to 3% Back

When faced with the daunting choice of The Rolling Stones, George Michael or Jonathan Ke Quan, Chase chose the ballad from Mick Jagger and Co. Promoting Chase Freedom with the ubiquitous "I'm free to do what I want" chorus from The Stones' I'm Free , Chase has surely garnered FiLife's attention.

Why they didn't go with George Michael's liberating "Freedom '90" puzzles us daily. But perhaps Chase should have reached back a little less to Jonathan Ke Quan's repetition of "$50 dollar bill" as Data in Goonies .

Get Chase Freedom Cash for... easy cash rebates with $50 boosts.

Not only has Chase put out a great rewards card with the Chase Freedom Visa Signature, the company is also handing out $50 rebates to new cardholders after their first purchase. The usual caveats of credit cards apply. Carrying a balance evaporates any and all cash rewards into obscene interest payments.

And, Chase has also made the Freedom program so flexible that it's difficult even for FiLife pros to determine the cash back. The card, like others in its category, offers an unlimited 1% rebate on all purchases. The hook is a 2% bonus rebate on up to $600 a month in net spending from any of three categories, including the grocery, gas, drugstore, utilities, gyms, quick service restaurants and more.

Don't know which establishments you frequent most, Chase does it for you. But with the $600 bonus spending cap, you only get an additional $12 bonus rebate per month.

Money must grow on trees over at Chase!

I just like how knowledgeable and helpful the Chase phone operators are. I've never had to wait to speak to anyone, and they (generally) have an answer for my question.
