A great card, IF you spend enough on the categories to justify the $30 fee (and this is not hard for many to do).

Another great feature: this card can be "downgraded" to a no-fee "freedom" card if you find you aren't spending enough to justify the cost. Then later, that card can be upgraded again once your spending justifies the fee.
