Grad PLUS Loan

In 2006, the government decided to allow the PLUS loan, designed for parents of undergraduate students, to be offered to graduate students. Like PLUS loans, payments can be deferred while in school, there's no prepayment penalty, the interest rates are low and the interest is tax deductible.
