An introductory account for the younger soon-to-be-Warren Buffets (age 15-17) that requires the co-signature of a parent or guardian who has a qualifying joint account. Chase will give you the check card, but not necessarily the lecture on how to use it wisely at the mall.

I got this card for my son. I already have a chase account so it was easy to create a joint account. I am also able to keep tabs on my son's spending.
