I did not get a down grade I got a freeze. Funny THIER new home value program on thier web site shows my homes worth at 120,000 more then the value the appraisel. We owe 68000 and they will not unfreeze for an additional 10000 do you think it has to do with the 2.89% rate we are paying because right now our home value is also 37%. Chase your loosing business because we let our friends know..

I have just got a form letter downgrading my credit line from $220,000.00 to $75,000. The reason "...weve used a proven valuation method to estimate your home's value..." Unfortunately the method is not stated. My guess is the put there finger in the wind and put their issue in my lap.

If my calculation are correct Chase values my house at 34% of the value we had established and had bargained on in good faith.

Shame on you Chase!!
