Don't go with Chase. I have two loans and a Home Equity Loan and they have done nothing but give me head-aches. They screw up payments and now when I am in real finanical trouble and asking for them to move my HELOC from one property that is basically upside down so I can sell it to the other one that actually has equity they refuse to do it. Yet, they have no problem crying for money and they are getting help. Where is our help???? Who is going to help us?
