I have never been happier with a mortgage company and I have had experience with quite a few companies. I have been with Chase for over a year now and have never had any billing problems or errors. They are quick to send pertinent mortgage or escrow information and they are very timely in paying the property taxes. The best feature though Chase has is their online service. After being with mortgage companies that didn’t even have a website, Chase is a breath of fresh air. I can see all my mortgage information just by signing in and can pay my bill online.

Chase Home Purchase Loan was very pleasant for me. The process was very smooth and they were very thorough answering my questions. The one thing that I did not like is that I sent my first payment early and it lingered in a suspense account according to them. It took me quite a few calls for someone to be able to answer the whereabouts of my payment.
