I think Chase Leisure Rewards is Great. I redeemed my points for Cash back and got it within a week. Even though the site says you will have to wait for 4-6weeks. I was so excited, it is worth the $25/year fee, I got $240.00 back making normal purchases.

I ordered something with my points from the catalog. How long do I have to wait to get it?

I USED IT A LOTS AND I GET A LOTS OF POINTS AND CARRY LITTLE CASH IT SAFTER THEN GETTING ROBBED...... AND COMMCER BANK DONT REPLACED THE ROBBED MONEY WHEN I GOT ROBBED 2 YEARS AGO........ AND THEY GIVE YOU NO POINTS AT ALL BUT 5.00 CASH BACK PER MOTHLY IF YOU USED AN OTHER ATM.. OH WELL KEEP IT TO UR SELL....

I am totally not being a fan of my "leisure rewards" experience. My first time out the gate using it, just to test it I ordered some Panera gift cards around the holidays. Mail was stolen, I called about it, reordered this time to a bank branch. But before I can get them I have to complete an "I didn't get the item form" All I continue to hear is it will take 4-6 weeks for this and 4-6 weeks for that. It's not the idea of me just really wanting these gift cards. It's the fact that their redemption process really seems to suck. Anything else you order online goes out within 3-5 DAYS!!!!! So my new thing is that I'm not ordering anything else for a while except to redeem my points in cold hard cash! Even if it does take that long at least there's something extra there if you have an overdraft or something, even though it will still take (all together now... "4-6 WEEKS!") And then when you call customer service and tell them exactly what dept you need (ie. verbally saying to a human "LEISURE REWARDS", they then say "Oh I can help you with that," but they still find a way to reroute you, EVEN IF YOU EFFICIENTLY TELL THEM YOUR ISSUE. I'm glad to know other people are having a better experience.

Great way to earn points with everyday purchases! Redeem points for cash, hotel stays, gift cards, dining, and merchandise. You do pay an annual fee of $25. Worth it if you use your debit card frequently!

This card was easily the best I could have hoped for, lots of points for signing up and the rewards are worth the hassle

I like this reward program. They give you about 4 pts for every $1 you spend. You have to use you debit card has a credit card in order to ge the reward. They start you off with 2500. I paid my cable bill for 2 months and got 1400 pts. so you can build points fast. The rewards range from cash to computers.
