being already over $120k in student loan debt from going to UMass, i took out this loan to cover my medical school education at john hopkins.

this seems like any other student loan really, nothing really stands out about it. my mom works at chase, so I personally got a better rate.

a tip for everyone getting this loan, when you start paying it off, you should set it up to automatically withdraw monthly payment from your checking account. chase gives you a 0.25% interest rate reduction when you do this, which will be a lot of money in my case.
