I never had any complaints with my Chase premier account. (I think my account is no longer "premier" ... my balance fell below some minimum amount ... sign.)

I opened my premier checking account four years ago with chase. So far I only had positive experience with them. They seem to have atm's allover make it extremely convinient for me because I don't like to carry much cash around. Direct deposit that I have set up with my job is also very convinient, I dont even need to go to the bank at all. My money gets deposited directly and I pay my bills online and use atm when I need cash.

I like Chase, but I have had issues with overdraft protection. If you go over your account balance by $0.16 they will charge you the full fee! Which can be up to $35!! If you're good with your money, it's a good account to have, if you're living check to check like me, it can cost you a lot more than you want.

Chase has always been great to me. I have direct deposit so all of my checking account is free. They let me pay my bills online through checks that they send out for free. And they will even alert you if your account goes below a preset level that you tell it to, although this can get annoying as if you let the balance stand they will call everyday to remind you.

I truly enjoy using Chase banks for my checking accounts because they have never made a mistake, unlike other banks, and they always offer the best incentives to join. I keep my business there because I also enjoy the service that is given to me through any Chase representative. The checking account has anything that you could ask in terms of features, including identity theft protection and use of other atms without having to pay fees for the service. Wonderful service

I've had a Chase checking account for 6 years, and they have always been great to me. I don't like all the transfer fees, but every bank has that as far as I know. I've also been protected during an identity problem that I had. Overall, they have been wonderful.
