I have this account and I have to say for such a big box bank I always feel like I am someone important to my local branch. Every time I go into my local branch, I am greeted by name and helped in the most positive and pleasant way. I love that there are no fees for services like notarization and cashier's checks. Highly recommend this type of account to those that meet the qualifications (of which there are several ways).

I Had a Chase Premier Platinum Checking account and although it was not the worst bank I used it was not at all the best. I had a big issue with over drafts and their online banking system.

I just love their "no fee" system - no fee for transfer from overdrafts, no fee money orders and more. On top of that you also have the benefit of investment expertise given by their Chase investment services Corp. This is a bank that cares! They definitely have me as a client for years to come!

The account balance minimum is a barrier for some, but if you can meet the criteria, there is no reason to not have this account. No atm fees and a number of other great perks guarantee that i will be banking with Chase for a long time.
