I don't know what's wrong with Chase but every since Chase took over the FirstUSA, the customer service on these cards has tanked beyond belief!!
The associates are among the most rude and thick-skulled bunch. For them, it seems like "party time", all the time -- NO "Customer" and ZERO "service".
My advice: Avoid this card like a rattle snake!!
