I've had this credit card for over 6 years now. I was pleased with their customer service for the first 4 years but over the last 2+ years, my experience with the customer service associates has been terrible! I felt I was treated with scant respect and on two occasions, my call was disconnected rudely. On one occasion, the associate actually suggested that I may discontinue the account if I so wish!!!
The only reason I kept this card is for the priority club points that I have but I've almost stopped using it!!

Don't subscribe to this card. They also are in the habit of cheating you through inaccurate charges - and will revert only after you argue through their thick skulls.
