United Mileage Plus Visa Credit Card Reviews
Chase is very punitive. I paid on time every month for eight years automatically from my checking account. One month, I changed my checking account and went online and changed my billing information, but accidentally did not complete the process to authorize online bill pay. When my payment was late, I was slapped with an $80 fee that Chase would not reverse, even though I contacted them immedi…ately. Will never use their services again.

I love this card. Not only do they initially start you at 20,000-30,000 miles (which qualifies you for a domestic flight) but its easy to gain mileage.
Beware of any miscommunication/mistakes made when you go paperless. We ended up paying a lot of interest because the emails were sent to another address which customer service would not refund.
i heard about the bonus miles avaliable on this card and that what made my sign up for this card...and to all my surprise i really got 25000 miles after doing my first transaction of $260. Also the online facility avaliable is really very helpful in keeping a track of all your transactions, outstanding payments etc.
The only drawback on this card is $60 Annual Fee; otherwise a great card.
just got this card thinking that I was going to get 25,000 bonus miles after spending $250. I called to activiate my card, and guess what? the lady on the phone told me not only do i get the 25000 mileages, i also get a $25 check! now, that's the type of credit card rewards I am talking about!
I signed up for the this card just to get the bonus miles (20,000 miles, I believe) after the first purchase. Haven't really used it since, but the bonus miles make it worthwhile to sign up for.
So I love the miles that I earn on this card...and its relatively easy to monitor my account using their website.
But the $60 annual fee seems a little steep. And my interest rate skyrocketed after I missed a payment once. I since set up automatic payments so that won't happen again. But I'm still stuck with a high rate.
