I have had a nightmare experience with a cigna network dental office. When I looked for another dentist in their network in my area, I could not find one that did not have awful reviews. I am SO disappointed and have opted to go to a reputable dentist and pay out of pocket until I can change dental plans through my company.

I have Cigna Dental through my employer. I like the coverage and the customer service, but I have had an enormous amount of trouble finding good in-network dentists on their DHMO plan. I have had horrible experiences with five of their dentists. I've been told the PPO plan is much better.

The Cigna dental plan that i purchased was a great find a really easy to set up. Considering that this is the first time I have had to purchase my own dental insurance, I couldn't be happier with how quick and easy it was to do! I would recommend this for anyone who needs flexible insurance.
