It took me 4 months to get the automatic debit set up & I dealt with terrible customer service. Since then I have been working hard to make extra payments, and this month my automatic debit was not pulled and I was told it was because I paid too much extra. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of trying to pay the loan off early? I know what they are trying to do, and it keeps people with bad cre…dit in a hole. I can't wait to have this paid off. I have improved my credit greatly in the past 3 years and will not need a subprime loan ever again.
