Paul is right. A 5% promotional period was simply unrivaled, but a 1% cash back card is less interesting.

Pentagon Federal Credit Union's cash back Visa card, for example, has this product beaten handily.

I am a fan of this card! However, when I got this card Citbank was offering an introductory 5% cash return rate for 3 months. If they would bring that offer back I would certainly give this product a 5/5.
