What started as a small credit card with 200 spending limit is now one of my major credit cards with over 5,000 spending limit. This card is great for building credit, and it features a great cash back program with lower points than some of the other companies. This credit card also wave your first late payment if you pay late. This credit card also have wonderful customer service reps that wil…l help you when you need it most. So, for great service and rewards get this card today.

I have had this card for 15 months and have yet to have any problems. Any balance transferred was interest free for one year, and the purchase interest rate was a reasonable 9.0%. Recently, I was on hard times and missed two payments. Once the balance was paid the card was still usable...unlike another card I had from a major financial institution.
Its a great card with its 0% APR for first six months and on balance transfer, for the cash starved college students. I frequently transferred my balances from other cards to this card to avail extra credit period.
And not to forget the faultless customer service of Citi. I had my rare issues solved with just one conversation at their contact center.
I have no complaints about Citi or this card. I've been very happy with their customer service. Any time I've had to call Citi, I was able to resolve issues without having a three-hour conversation or getting extremely frustrated with the person on the other end of the phone.
I didn't transfer a balance to this card, but knowing the promotional rate that Citi offers with the card makes me thin…k it'd be a great idea for anyone who needs to transfer a balance.
My favorite thing about this card is that they don't rate purchases, transfers, etc at different rates. Other cards make this a really confusing process, but not Citi!

This is a great card for students just establishing their credit. A cosigner could help you secure the card. You get a great intro apr not to mention balance transfer rate in case you have an outstanding balance. You also get rewards points which is somewhat rare in the college students card.
