I've been mostly happy with CitiAssist since graduating from school in 2006. They adjust rates quarterly - based on prime - so it can take a few months for an interest rate change to trickle through. But it comes eventually.

Auto-payment is very reliable and consistent as well as the ability to make one off payments in order to pay down faster.
