i am cancelling my card because 4 magazine subscriptions were sent to me and billed to my account without my wife's permission or my permission. I was treated rudely by the supervisor when i complained. it took me 12 minutes to call this cancellation # because of an automated cancellation number and I am still charged for issues that were sent. Hence I am cancelling my 26 year account and am… thinking of cancelling any Citibank card as well because of my experience with them

this is just an average store brand card that you can't use anywhere other than at the Conoco Phillips Gas Stations. after moving to NJ 5 months ago though, i haven't seen any of their stations here so this card has just been sitting there collecting dust.
