We have been Phillips 66-Conoco-76 customers over 20 years. We received our new cards in the mail, as per most of our credit cards, a sticker was attached with a phone number to call. It appeared to be the number to verify the card. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER!!!!! It is for a third party company called TCIM that is attempting to sell fraud protection. I told the woman four times I did not want this "product". She said she just signed me up for the introductory offer of only $1 for first month. I said NO, we don't want it!! She then hung up on me! We called back to complain and make sure we are not charged. However they said they do not have that information! We called 76, they don't have it either, they tried calling TCIM and got the same answer. I called TCIM home office, who said they would have someone call me back. Half an hour later, I got a call from AT&T! Yep, the phone company, AT&T asking about my complaint. Somehow all these companies are connected, but won't explain and not one can tell us if we have been charged for the "product" we did not buy!! We have cancelled both Citibank cards and will never do business with them! BUYER BEWARE!!

I forgot to mention that Citibank is the issuer of the Phillips66-Conoco-76 Gas cards.
