I leaned a lot when we talked to Citibank regarding refinancing our mortgage. We were in a bit of a bind at the time and they really took the time to answer all our questions. They explained all of our options (including something that didn't even involve Citibank!) as well. They were able to help us when it seemed like no one else could!
