Similar experiences to Juney & MIllerbug, lowered our credit limit - even after telling us we had a good account history. Our tax dollars at work bailing out these companies is a joke - it just ends up hurting us more. We have closed our account as Citibank and Sears are no longer able to meet our needs.

I have had this card for a year now. They are always changing some policy. My balance as went from 5,000 to 2,500 for what reason I'm not sure. They say it was after reviewing my account. I plan on paying it off and leaving citibank. I would look for another card to purchase things at Sears with.
