Have had our sears card for 26 years and just paid off $1000 in one payment. Got a letter stating they had closed our account. We called and they said we were 5 days late on our payment. Get real if they closed everyone's acct that was late one time they wouldn't have any customers. If they would only check the history they would see that we were never late. Every tool, appliance, etc we have came form Sears. Very dissappointed with Sears and will never shop there again. MAC
