My account was changed from 6,000 to 2500.
They told me I was late. I called and no one in credit could find a late on my account. It came down to when I did not get my first bill in the mail, I went down to the store and paid at the register. They do not process the payment for three days which this made me late. I called and they made a statement on my account, this statement was reversed in six months and they decided I was not a good risk. That month I had made a 1200 dollar payment. I will not shop at Sears or Kmart now. I will not get a card connected with Citibank. They lost my business. I have the last word. I do not trust this kind of business, I feel they are a risk. Account Closed by Customer!!!!!!
