I had a checking acct. with them and treated me like I was a criminal because One time after my father had cancer (I was in Italy) he forgot to add money to my bank acct. (I was never under with any bank ever and this was my first time) so it was under for 2 months and they closed my account and flagged me! When I got back I Paid them in full and explained what happened, even after I paid them, they still had me on "Flag" so I couldn't get another bank acct. there (which they told me I could never go back) or anywhere else (they just kept telling me they unflagged me and I had to wait) Over 2 months passed! (But I am unsure if it's cleared now because I haven't tried again to reopen another one.)
(P.S. All they did was give me a note saying it was unflagged, but no bank would accept that like they claimed they would- and this all happened for a little over $200.00)
