colonial bank is stupid. i had a woman tell me that my last transaction ( which was the lat one i had spent) had already went through. i was SURE it was the last. i got all of the past transactions and made sure they were all through. she told me i had 75$ left. this was incorrect. but i couldnt look it up because they locked me out of my online account. i asked her why it was locked and she said she didnt know. i then talked to another person about my online account and he told me that it seemed like someone had tried to log in with the wrong password. then told me that there was nothing they could do. so i couldnt figure out my last transactions. this really pissed me off. i thought i had $75 and i didnt. i spent $23 and $10 of this money and didnt spend another dime after the $10. i waited a week before i was going to spend the money again just to be sure everything went through. all of the transactions i made were debit NO CREDIT. and things are coming in that i have no clue about. they also charged me a $26 fee for each of the overdrawn transactions. after they told me i had $75 it took them over a week to send me ANYTHING saying it was overdrawn. im cussing up a sorm and worrying like hatees about this because i have no clue where some of these transactions are coming from and i cannot look them up because they have locked me out of my account information online. )*(&^(#$(@*#^(*@^#)(*@#*&^$#^&*
