I've had a CD at Fifth Third Bank for about 10 years now and it has been a very good decision for me. When contacting their offices, their customer service has been very helpful and understanding. As also said before, the APY is very generous and always competitive with other banks. It offers a safe, solid way to start saving money for a house, college, etc.
