I recieved one of these cards as a promotional item and it was really great. Unlike some other pre-paid cards, I had no problems using this one. One great feature is that you can log in online and change the contact information associated with the card to your personal name and address. This is important if you're shopping online because many websites have security measures that check the billing address and name of the card against your name and address. If you try to use a pre-paid card that has generic contact information associated with it, that can be a problem and can lead to the transaction being declined. Not so with the American Express Gift Card from First Federal Savings Bank. I shopped online and it was smooth sailing.
