First Republic bank does a good job of building an investment strategy for clients that does not consider the commissions of the agents.

I think highly of First Republic based out of San Francisco. The bank's wealth managers are very good, knowledgeable salespeople. And Katherine August-deWilde, the COO, makes it a priority to see that the wealth managers do something with the information. This is a company that executes!
