The FNBO Direct Online BillPay Account is basically an online paperless checking account that makes it easy to manage your bills from their website all for FREE.  You can pay whoever you want with BillPay.  In order to sign up for this account, you must be have the FNBO Direct Online Savings Account , which has a good interest rate for the money you put in it.
