Obtaining a car loan through Ford Motor Credit means that you'll have a wide range of financing options from which to choose to pay for a new or used vehicle purchased through a participating Ford dealership. Ford Motor Credit's financing includes special incentive programs, a First Time Buyer program, or a Peace of Mind program for those over 62. The First Time Buyer program helps you to get a car loan even if you have never purchased a car before while the Peace of Mind program lets your family turn in your vehicle without a penalty if you die before the loan is paid off.

I had a loan with Ford Motors for my Ford Taurus with a special rate on the manufacturer financing. I never had a single problem or a reason to use customer service. Everything went just fine throughout the life of the loan!
