I can't believe this company operates the way they do !!!!! I was hit by their insurer on may 31,2009 and it's been hard get anyone to help,they don't call you back and want you to do all the leg work.They come up with a different excuse everytime I call.HOPE TO God you never get hit by someone who has their insurance,they don't want to pay !!!!!! I have filed with TDI and getting in touch with AKINS Army with channel 2.They should be ashamed of them self .If you read this MR LOYA or any of the LOYA family,why don't you put as much attention into your insurance claims as you do on YOUR CHRISTMAS LIGHT SHOW AT YOU HOME IN ELPASO?????????????

This is the absolute worst insurance company I have ever dealt with! I was hit by a driver in November, my insurance company, Geico, had everything filed and finished in less than a month, Fred Loya didn't contact my insurance until after that! They are rude, don't return phone calls, horrible customer service, lazy and above all so unprofessional. I would never, ever go with them. Every other insurance agent I have spoken with (from various agencies) all say they are the worst to deal with. Even a couple of personal injury attorneys I know say to never go with them!

Fred Loya Ins. basically calls thier policy holders liars. On 3 different ocassions that I know of, they always blamed thier ins holders without even investigating the accident. They always go with what the other person says, and thats it they payoff. I think it's because the way they put it to me, "your rates are going up because we have to recover what we paid". So this way the get more money out of you.

Their customer service stinks!! It took forever to get a claims adjuster to return a phone call and had me get information from the other drivers insurance company! I couldn't believe it! I had to give them a piece of my mind, especially since I was put on hold for 15 min. only to be told that the claims adjuster was nowhere to be found!! I would definitely NOT recommend them to other people.

I am very happy w/ this company & the customer service is GGGRRREEAATTT! I defenitely sent my family & friends.
