CD IRA
from Frost Bank
Frost Bank offers Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs). The features include no annual fee, a CD that can be used for a Traditional or Roth IRA - the main difference is when customers pay taxes: A Traditional IRA may allow customers to get a deduction now and pay taxes later when funds are withdrawn and A Roth IRA is not deductible but offers tax-free earnings later, competitive interest rates guaranteed until maturity, automatically renewable at rate in effect at maturity and simple interest is generally paid at maturity, however it may be paid more often if deposited directly into another Frost account. The annual percentage yield assumes interest remains on deposit until maturity. A penalty may be imposed for early withdrawal.
