The customer service is HORRIBLE!!! You can't ask for billing information or change information in the store at the customer service desk. The phone service is also horrible. I moved and needed to change my address. I called over a month and a half ago and gave them the information. They took it and said I was fine. They told me the bill would arrive the next month, but it never came. I called to complain, and they said it was past due. They also messed up my social security number. I give this card 1 star b/c at least I could buy items on it until I chopped it up and threw it in my cat's litter box.
