Never have any type of issue with this card or you will go to your grave with it. someone used my card and charged 500.00 on it. They said they credited my account but every month it still had the same charge on it saying i was not responsible for it. After 2yrs around the way with these people and having to pay interest on money they say im not responsible for, they said i needed to contact the fraud dept. I did and 2hrs later still did not resolve my itssue. Now you tell me what do you do. They are undercover company because you never get a straight answer from them and they dont do they do what they are suppose to do. Can anyone help me?

Sam's club credit has screwed me over three times by discontinuing paper billing, only billing me online even though I asked them to send me paper bills. My account was late by a little bit a few times and now I have a negative mark on my credit report. They claim that I was supposed to be receiving paper bills, but only received paper mail that contained a late notice. Even though I responded IMMEDIATELY and brought my account up to current status that same day, they still reported me to a credit agency and refuse to remove this negative mark. I am having no financial trouble whatsoever, and had every intention of paying my Sam's club credit bill on time, if only I received one. This is one shady company which I would totally avoid at all costs.

This is a great card. The interest rate is very low. You can also use this card at your local Walmart's. This is a great card to have to help build your credit if you are just starting on your own.
