Car Insurance from Geico
Geico offers free auto and car insurance quotes online, for every state except Massachusetts. (Sorry guys!) There are several types of car insurance available including bodily injury liability, uninsured motorists coverage and comprehensive physical damage.
Car Insurance Reviews
I was once a customer, and did not think much about them. Their Claims policy is suited to their needs, ie. to pay you as little as possible.
once I add all the stuff I think I need, and want to cover myself in case I do have a accident, I am paying way more for what I have now.
I asked them one time why did they deliberately mislead their customers, and she stated that it was the customers responsibility to know what they needed.

GEICO, is overall, a pretty good company. I have been with them for almost 7 years. I like the ability to remove
all coverages except comprehensive if you place a vehicle in storage and won't be driving it for a while. Sometimes,
this can be a big hassle with other companies. GEICO
seems to understand that people do not always drive all
insured vehicles at all times. Their claims service seems
to be efficient and fair. Have you ever noticed that very
few auto insurance TV ads that make savings comparisons with other auto insurance companies rarely
mention that they can beat GEICO's rates? There's a reason for that. GEICO's rates are almost impossible to
beat, with the possible exception of Liberty Mutual.

I succeeded on Confused on my second attempt: they took the site down half way through my first attempt, and I was getting very frustrated at the password point on my second attempt - shame I can't count the no. of letters in my password.

The coverage that they advertise for MBI is complete waste of money. My AC does not work and Geico will not cover it. The damage that was done is not within the scope of the exclusions on this policy, which has a $250 deductible. They are trying to tell me that because something hit it, possibly a rock (which can not be proved) it is considered a collision and will cost me my $500 deductible... complete ****!

Good is only a comparison rating compared to all the real crooks out there in the insurance industry. Like Chris Rock said ( If you have insurance, do really feel insured?! They really should call it "In case S$#@! happens") Even on the military side of the insurance, I call to report a hit and run. I reported it. But, they put in on an old policy so number, so they told me I was not covered at first. Likely mistake. Now, I haven't heard from my adjuster in a few days. Maybe he is watching the stimulus vote.
Key is, nobody will tell your rate will go up. And it is a business. They are not USAA, but they sure are better than the progressive -- hands -- on the state farm (If you don't get it.. send me a check)
The only thing I don't like about all services, is it really the right time after an accident to ask for a 5 on a scale of 1-5 on your customer service, if can't get my car fixed right away?
Well, Warren Buffet... I salute you..

They are a car insurance company so f you have an accident, your rates go up. You are a bigger risk. That sucks but what can you do? They are runnign a business not a charity. I have had them for 6 or more years now and the customer service is great, the rates are reasonable even post accident. Overall, the best you can expect from a car insurance company!

this was the most bad experience i have ever had with a car insurance co, when it came to fileing a claim, they were so unfair i couldnt believe it, they would rather loose custerners then pay out a few hunderd dollars to close a claim they do not take care of all your losses in stead they lost me and a few family and friends as custermers

Never had an accident as a driver and been with GEICO for over 10 yrs. Had a very minor accident in an apartment parking lot with no damage to my car. The other car had a few scratches and a $1500 repair bill. GEICO doubled my insurance premium. BEWARE.

I used Geico as auto insurance for at least 10 years . All went well until my son began driving and my policy changed dramatically with premiums that I could not afford anymore . I could not get a quote without having my son on the policy even though he does not drive my car. I remarried and went on my husband car insurance policy. All together I loved geico , easy on line access to your policy , payment and such , it was a good price for the time being ..I’ll choose it again as soon as my son turns 21 and moves out …

I only got Geico because I realized I needed my own insurance when I went for a lease for my new Jeep. It was the easiest to fill out online and it was immediate purchasing. The only thing I didn't like was that they don't explain anything to you (so if you don't know what certain coverage is, you're in trouble). However, I went to my past insurer who explained it all to me and even with their discount, they still couldn't beat Geico's prices. In fact, in over 2 years no one has been able to beat them. GO FOR GEICO!
