This is one car insurance company that lives up to their claims! After receiving several quotes from different companies, Geico was the best deal by far. They were also honest and did not try to push me into buying insurance that I did not need or want. The customer service is excellent. I have also been greeted by someone who is cheerful and helpful.
Geico has been great to work with. I have been with State Farm for years, but when I finally decided to get a motorcycle, they wanted over $100 a month for coverage. I shopped around and got a better deal from Geico (less than $400 for 12 months). They have slowly been stealing my business from State Farm since then. The only reason it gets a 4 is because I have not had a claim or renewal with them yet, so I don't know that experience
Not only do I love Geico commercials but the service they provide is awesome. I just received a quote for my old 90 Accord in good time and at a good rate. Although I am new to getting insurance quotes (my Honda is my starter car), I liked Geico's clean and fast webpage that may "save me 15% or more on car insurance." Overall I give this company a 5/5.
I really like Geico. They were very easy to get an online quote with. Everything on their website was self-explanatory. They are very cheap for people that have accidents on their record. I will continue to use them.
Getting a quote is so easy and great from them. To sign up was very simple online and printed the insurance cards out right then which was wonderful when i needed proof of insurance right now! When it cam to renewel time had problems with them then. They wanted to charge me different rate than they quoted me so just be very careful.
They are very friendly and helpful when you have questions. I don't like that I can't submit claims online. It is very easy to get a quote from them. As long as they are the least expensive I would recommend Geico. I also wish they would send me less junk mail, this is bad for the environment.
Great rates. Never had to hold long for reaching a customer service rep. Rate on personal umbrella insurance is also very good. I saved 25% by switching to GEICO.
I have been a customer with Geico for more than 11 years. I recently purchased a car and called Geico speaking with them regarding their competitors offer for accident forgiveness and other features I see on the commercials and was told that Geico provides those services to me without having to advertise them which made me feel good about my insurance company as a whole. I then thought about all the great years I've had as a Geico customer with being able to call 24 hours a day 7 days a week for even a chip in my windshield.
Although other companies have tried to steer me away from Geico, I must say that the fabulous customer service and now the great additional benefits I know about make it impossible for me to want to leave.
I used Geico when I lived in DC three years ago. What stands out to me as their best asset is their customer service and their speed. I had lived abroad for 5 years and had not had insurance in the US for that time period. I had a great driving record and getting insured with Geico was super easy and the customer service was great. The turn around time was a matter of days and their staff were very friendly. I definitely recommend using them!
