GMAC Financial Services has many home purchase loans for first time buyers, or those who are moving to a new home. These loans include fixed rate and adjustable rate mortgage, as well as balloon mortgage.
I think this company is excellent. I have my mortgage with them and not only can I access it online they help in many other ways. They have a feature called smart watch and if there is any way to save money on the mortgage it alerts me. Also, and most importantly, anytime I need to speak to someone in person I dont have to wait forever.
