I love HSBC's online banking. It's very easy to use and navigate. However, I am not a fan of the actual bank itself. I've found employees to be very rude and unfriendly. It's very hard to get a transaction done in a reasonable amount of time because they don't see you right away. They wait until they're done with what they're working on. They also have very short hours and no Saturday hours.

HSBC is the only bank that I have ever banked with that doesn't try to charge you for every transaction. Their online banking is top notch and user friendly. Now, the best part is once you open a checking account with HSBC you can easily open and transfer funds in to an online savings account and. Why open an online saving account? Because they have 5% interest rates!!!
