Dental Insurance from Humana
HumanaDental offers four options to employers each with different costs and features. Individual dental insurance is available through HumanaOne andMedicare. HumanaOne provides access to HumanaDental's PPO Network of more than 85,000 dentists. The deductible for non-preventive is $50 for an individual or $150 family. There's a $1,000 annual maximum.

I was in an accident that left me missing one of my front teeth! I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't found this plan. Their coverage is great and their deductible is super low. Not to mention the dentists listed are fantastic.

I found my dentist through Humana's website. They offer great rates and great coverage, some of the best dentists, as well are covered under their plan. The deductible is very reasonable, as well.
