Every claim I made to Humana, even from my Primary Care Physician was "reviewed" by this company. Seeing a doctor for red itchy eyes from the Spring Pollen was even rejected by them and I ended up paying the doctor $200.00.

Spend your hard earned cash somewhere else. This company does not care about Customer Service.
