Humana's life insurance plans include a Basic life plan, which provides a core level of employer-sponsored protection and a Voluntary life plan, which offers employees coverage at affordable group rates without additional cost to the employer. Humana's life insurance plans are available as a stand-alone or in conjunction with medical and dental plans.
My employer provides life insurance as another option along with Helth and dental. I've had good luck with Humana to date. Their rates are pretty reasonable compared to some past experiences with my other employer's benefits package.
