the Auto loan department has communication problems that are only benefiting the Bank. Their collection department sends out dunning letters with added late fees to the consumer- while the posting department not only credited the account over 10 days prior(!!), and not to forget the notification to the credit bureaus that there was yet another late payment- which is proven robbery!!
This Bank- and I use this term cautiously- is involved in practices that are against any american idea still alive.
So what is really their agenda- bankrupt the nation and have an all-american-wholesale to the Chinese. Well I better learn Mandrin or Kantoese then- since a Chinese in a rice paddy has more HONOR and MORALS in his little finger then these MONEYGRABBING pack.
