A horrendous mortgage company with an unprofessional staff.

Have had nothing but problems with them despite excellent credit rating and account.

Originally, Huntington attempted to change terms on loan 3 days prior to closing. Subsequently have had late responses to queries, no return phone calls, and, most lately, retained escrow funds that Huntington has yet to refund despite 5+ requests.

I would NEVER recommend this mortgage company to anyone and, despite the cost, am seriously considering refinancing again with a different company simply to avoid dealing with them anymore.
